Age 64, of Rock Creek Road in Tullahoma, passed away suddenly at his residence on Wed. May 13, 2009. He was a carpenter for over 45 years and a member of the Keith Springs Baptist Church. He was a loving and devoted husband and father. He was preceded in death by his sister, Emma May West and grandchildren; William Clarence Buckner and Dusty Wayne Bright. He is survived by his wife of 46 years, Ellen Buckner of Tullahoma. Daughters; Tina Marie Bright of Cowan and Debra Diane Booth of Tullahoma. Son, Amus Dewayne (Teresa) Buckner of Estill Springs. Sister, Margaret Jane (Douglas) Crowell of Florence, TX. 8-Grandchildren, 6-Great-Grandchildren. Services for Mr. Buckner are 3:00 PM Sat. with visitation with the family from 12:00 until service time. Bro. Johnny Ray Bradford will be officiating.
