Laurie Juanita Wise, age 72, of Winchester, passed away quietly at the Willows at Winchester on Thursday, June 17, 2010. Miss. Juanita was disabled and had spent the last four years of her life at the Willows where she enjoyed being their unofficial “greeter”. She was of the Methodist faith.
She was preceded in death by her parents; Ruby Lee Bennett and Tom N. Wise. Sister, Virginia Long and Brothers; Douglas and James Wise.
She is survived by her sisters; Mildred Bezold of Winchester, Edith (Billy) Hasty of Estill Springs, Arlene (Charles) Callaway of Jasper, TN. Sister-in-law, Mary Jane Wise of Chattanooga, TN. Brothers; Edward (Betty) Wise of Cleveland, TN, Steve (Tammy) Wise of Villa Ridge, MO, Tommy Wise of Jasper, TN, Bruce Wise, of Shelbyville, TN, Gary (Robin) Wise of Estill Springs. Special niece and Nephew, Paula Crosslin and John Brents. Special Cousin, Joyce Bingham. Several Nieces and Nephews.
Visitation for Miss. Juanita is Friday evening from 5:00-9:00 PM. Services are 11:00 A.M. Saturday in the Chapel of Grant Funeral Services with Bro. John Gipson officiating. Interment will be in Monteagle Cemetery, Monteagle, TN.
