EVANS, Jimmy Dale, age 60, of Tullahoma, departed this life on Friday, June 10, 2010 at Harton Regional Medical Center in Tullahoma, TN following an extended illness.
Mr. Evans was of the Baptist faith. He was employed as a tow motor operator for 22 years before becoming disabled. He was a U.S. Navy veteran. Mr. Evans was also an AVID UT fan. Mr. Evans was preceded in death by his father, James, Brother Danny and brother-in-law, Nicky Steelman.
He is survived by his wife, Gail Evans of Tullahoma, Mother, Virginia Evans of Lynchburg. Son, Justin Evans, Daughter, Kimberly Evans both of Tullahoma. Step-Son, Johnny Roulett of Estill Springs. Sisters; Ann Allison of Manchester, Valerie Evans of Tullahoma and Tammy Evans of Lychburg. Brothers; Glen and Tronald Evans both of Tullahoma, Robbie Evans of Panama City, FL, Jerry Evans of Tampa, FL, Lynn Evans of Manchester and Terry Evans of Huntland. Grandchildren; David Robert Roulett, Emily Mae Roulett and Cameron Dale Evans. Several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Services for Mr. Evans are 2:00 P.M. Monday, June 14, 2010 in the Chapel of Grant Funeral Services. Officiating is Pastor Jason Sells. Interment will be in Bethany Cemetery in Tullahoma. In lieu of flowers donations can be made by contacting Grant Funeral Services.
