Grace Bishop Holder, age 92, of Winter Park , Florida, formerly of Winchester, TN,

departed this life on Thursday, November 5, 2009, at Manor Care in Winter Park, FL,

following an extended illness.  She was a homemaker most of her life.  Ms. Holder

was a member of the Little Mtn. Church of Christ in Winchester.  She was preceded

in death by her husband, Morgan Holder.  She is survived by her daughter, Faye

Johnson of Winter Park, FL and sons, Glen (Nancy) Holder of Winchester, Billy Holder

of Orlando, FL and Randy (Sandra) Holder of Palm Bay, FL.  Grandchildren; Julie Holder

and Terry Truong.  One Great-Grandchild, Karina Truong.  Services  for Ms. Holder

are 3:00 PM Sunday, Nov. 8, 2009, in the Chapel of Grant Funeral Services with Bro.

John Myer officiating.  Interment will be beside her late husband, Mr. Morgan Holder

in Franklin Memorial Gardens, Winchester.
