My mother was Dicie's 1st cousin...I remember her at Uncle Bill's and Aunt Cora's house when we would visit. She was a very sweet lady and I know that her family will miss her..my mother's name was Margaret Ann and she was Tony and Helen Hill's daughter, however, Annie Lynch raised her. I know that the family is getting smaller and smaller and I have been doing some family research. I found where your mom's grandmother and grandfather are buried in Sherwood and she was named after her grandmother who died in 1911. I have taken pictures of their tombstones if you are interested.
