Charity Leann Newsom Paul, age 32, of Estill Springs, TN passed away suddenly on Tuesday, Dec. 8,
2009 at North Colorado Medical Center in Greeley, CO. Charity was a homemaker. She was of
the Assembly of God faith. Her favorite hobby was scrap booking. Charity was a loving and devoted
mother. She was preceded in death by her Biological Paternal Grandmother, Ella Mae Newsom and
Aunt, Debra Hargrove. She is survived by her husband, Randy Paul of Estill Springs, TN. Parents,
Peggy (Ron) Walls of Estill Springs. Biological mother Nancy Freeman and husband Glen of White
Pine, TN. Biological father, Dennis Newsom of Wisconsin. Maternal Grandparents; Wiley and Cora
Matlock of Winchester Springs. Biological Paternal Grandfather, Reagor Newsom of Wartrace.
Daughters; Brittnee Weddington and Kaylee Paul. Son, Chase Weddington. Step-Daughter Ashley
Paul of Unionville, TN. Step-sons; Tyler Paul of Unionville and Preston Paul of Kentucky. Sisters;
Misty Newsom of Winchester, Beth Freeman and Crystal (Michael) Johns both of Shelbyville, TN.
Step-brother; Bryan (Amy) Walls of Estill Springs, TN. Several Aunts, Uncles, nieces, nephews and
friends. Services for Charity are scheduled for 1:00 PM Saturday in the Chapel of Grant Funeral
Services with Bro. Richard Duggar officiating. Visitation with the family will be from 5:00-9:00 PM
Friday Evening. Interment will be in Franklin Memorial Gardens in Winchester. In lieu of flowers
donations may be made by contacting Grant Funeral Services.
